Serving as an election worker is the most important way you can spend your Election Day! Election workers are the ones who make Election Day work by running their polling place.
Some of their duties include: greeting and checking voters in, assisting voters in using the voting equipment, and setting up and closing up the polling place.
Advance training will be provided. Depending on your county, election workers earn $100-$200 for working Election Day.
You’re an ideal election worker if you: are a people person, are a problem solver, and will go the extra mile to ensure an eligible voter can vote.
